Periscope Support at Global Range

As Periscopedata has been growing and gaining new clients from all over the world, is not a time to schedule new work shifts for support team for the clients who are working in different time zones?

  • Hi Himmet Kaplan! Thanks for starting this discussion. :) We certainly have a lot of customers globally, and supporting them at the highest quality is a model we strive for. 

    We have set plans to build out the same amazing 5-second first chat experience to our US east coast and European customers first. This will happen sometime in the medium term as our company scales!
